The Outer Rim Outreach was the nickname the Empire gave the Rebel mission to the Outer Rim territories that consisted of an Alliance representative speaking with the leaders of various planets to propose an allegiance. This mission ran from 8 BBY to 0 BBY and was lead by Colonel Dalvin Ledok. During its eight-year run, the Empire tried desperately to hunt down this "Rebel missionaries" and stop them, however they were unsuccessful until, ironically, the mission's final year (0 BBY) when they found Colonel Ledok on the planet Qalabar.
